B.L.A.D.E.Leadership Conference
Building Leaders and Developing Equippers
Developing leaders who build people, strengthen ministries, and equip others for Kingdom work.
Founded by Apostle Rod P. Huffman, Th.D., Ph.D.
Our purpose
Sharpen your calling.
Strengthen your leadership.
B.L.A.D.E. — Building Leaders and Developing Equippers — is an annual leadership conference that develops biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and practically equipped leaders.
Training for every church leader
B.L.A.D.E. also offers leadership training for all other church leaders. Through focused teaching and practical leadership instruction, participants grow in their ability to serve effectively, strengthen their ministries, and develop others.
Rooted in Ephesians 4:11–12 and 2 Timothy 2:2. Leadership formation carries a responsibility to develop others. Our aim is to multiply effective servants who carry what they learn into their churches, communities, and nations.
